By downloading or using Mishkah you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the app.
Mishkah is a self-help and habit-tracking app with Islamic reminders, lessons and tools to help you stay away from the habit you want to quit. It is not medical, psychological or religious advice from a qualified professional, and it does not replace one. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact local emergency services or a helpline (the app’s “Get help” screen links to findahelpline.com).
The Panic Button, the urge helper, the slip and tawbah steps, your streak, salah times and the first days of the path are free and never require a subscription.
What you write in Mishkah belongs to you and stays on your device and in your own iCloud (see the Privacy Policy).
Don’t misuse the app, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break the law.
We work to quote the Qur’an and hadith accurately and with references. Translations are approximations of meaning. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
